No 🤍 your final images are carefully selected and curated for you. This ensures your gallery reflects the strongest moments and the consistent quality seen throughout our work. The intention is always for you to love both your images and your experience with Picture Me Perfect. We carefully present the best images from your session and never intentionally hold back beautiful photographs that are truly worth delivering. Happy clients, returning families, and heartfelt recommendations will always mean more to us than withholding meaningful images.
How are images selected?
We select the strongest images from your session based on expression, angles, lighting, and overall composition. Every delivered image is chosen with care to create a refined, cohesive, and non-repetitive final gallery.
How many images will I receive?
Each session includes a fixed & curated set of fully edited digital images, as outlined in your package. We focus on quality over quantity. Every delivered image feels special and truly worth loving.
Can I receive the rest of the images?
To keep your gallery intentional and refined, additional variations are not delivered. The goal is to provide a polished collection with strong variety, beautiful expressions, and overall visual balance.
What if I want more variety?
All packages are carefully curated to create a refined gallery with strong variety and beautiful balance, without repeating similar images or looks. If you’d love additional looks or a more diverse final gallery, we recommend upgrading your package for a more elevated experience.
Will I be guided during the session?
Absolutely 🤍 You’ll be guided through posing, angles, and natural movement throughout the session to help you feel comfortable, confident, and beautifully photographed.
Do you provide high-resolution images?
All sessions include web-size digital images for easy sharing. High-resolution (print-ready) files are available as an optional upgrade for printing or archiving. Not every client prints their images, so we prefer not to increase package pricing upfront for something that may not be needed. This helps us keep our sessions thoughtfully curated while still offering a high-end experience.
Do you provide RAW (unedited) images?
No RAW, unedited JPGs, or unfinished images are provided. These files do not represent the final quality or artistic style of the studio. All delivered images are professionally edited and fully finished. Please note that RAW files also require specialized editing software and cannot be properly viewed without compatible programs or subscriptions. Once you see your beautifully edited images, you’ll likely love them so much that RAW files won’t even matter anymore.
Can I see all the images from the session?
Only the final curated images are delivered. Unedited previews, duplicates, and RAW files are not provided or shared through online galleries. Our clients book Picture Me Perfect after seeing and trusting our portfolio, artistic style, and years of experience. Every delivered gallery is thoughtfully curated to reflect the strongest images and the quality our work is known for.
Can I purchase additional images?
We do not deliver more of the same. If you’d love more variety, we highly encourage upgrading your package so we can focus on creating a more intentional and diverse final gallery. IF there are any additional images truly worth delivering, we’ll gladly let you know so you may consider purchasing them without any obligation.
Booking Fee Policy
A $300 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. This amount is applied toward your selected package and is not an additional fee. Once your session is booked, we begin all communication and preparation for your experience, including ideas, styling guidance, and session planning. This fee reserves your appointment exclusively for your family and guarantees availability, including the scheduled home visit, within our calendar.
Commitment & Responsibility
We are fully committed to providing a beautiful experience and carefully curated portraits consistent with our portfolio and artistic style. By reserving a session, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their selected package, investment, and the artistic style presented throughout our portfolio and website.
Are digital image purchases refundable?
Due to the digital nature of photography products and services, all sales are final. Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or cancellations are not available.
Session Expectations
Baby and infant photography greatly depends on each child’s mood and temperament. We gracefully embrace your baby’s unique expressions, poses, eye contact, tears, smiles or sometimes the lack of them, and that is exactly how we create the beautiful and genuine portraits you see throughout our portfolio. There are no re-shoots or refunds based on session outcome.
Can I include last-minute additional people in the session?
Yes 🤍 additional people such as grandparents, siblings, twins, or triplets may be added depending on the session type. All package details and pricing information are listed below, so please scroll down for full information. To ensure the best experience and proper planning, all additional participants must be arranged in advance.
Can pets be included in the session?
We LOVEEE pets 🤍 But safety is always our main priority, followed closely by creating the most beautiful portraits possible for you and your family. We carefully guide our clients to keep the working area calm, safe, and distraction-free so we can fully focus on your session experience. At this time, pets are not allowed in our sessions. This helps maintain a controlled environment, especially for newborns and young children.
How long does it take to receive my images?
Final galleries are delivered within the amount of business days specified in your selected package. Editing begins the next business day after your session. Please note that we do not edit on weekends or holidays. Re-edits, when requested, are completed within 7 business days.
What are your response times?
Client messages are typically answered within one business day 🤍 Messages received outside business hours are answered the following business day.
Do you offer baby party coverage?
Yes 🤍 baby party coverage is available upon request.
Can the session take place the same day as the party?
No 🤍 sessions are scheduled separately to ensure your baby is calm, comfortable, and photographed at their best.
Do you provide the cake?
No 🤍 cakes are provided by the family due to food allergies and liability considerations. The cake should arrive ready at the time of the session.
Im ALL into the Smashing the Cake moment. Can I introduce a cake into the Timeless session?
No 🤍 Timeless is designed as a simpler and more classic portrait experience. We may provide a non-themed decorative prop cake strictly for visual styling purposes. It can look whimsical and beautiful in portraits, but we cannot guarantee it will appear realistic. However, if you’re truly interested in the cake smashing experience itself or would love a realistic styled cake setup, we highly encourage upgrading your package. Not only does it create more variety, but the experience becomes incredibly adorable and memorable for both baby and family
Cake smash is already included in ONEderful and Delight Me for a more fully styled and intentional experience.
Can I bring my own props, outfits, or themed items?
Absolutely 🤍 personal props, outfits, toys, or themed elements are welcome. Please note that clients are responsible for ensuring any branded or themed items used during the session have appropriate permissions or rights for use.
Image Types
SetUp Artworks and Hand-Edited Images receive detailed individual editing and artistic retouching. This may include skin refinement, composite work, distraction removal, artistic enhancements, and other adjustments at Photographer's artistic discretion.
Curated Gallery Images are the remaining best images selected by Photographer to provide additional variety and storytelling from the session. These images receive basic global adjustments such as color correction, exposure balancing, and cropping, but do not include individual hand editing, artistic retouching, composite work, or detailed image enhancements.
Additional retouching of Curated Gallery Images may be requested and purchased separately, subject to availability.
Matching Black & White Versions
Every hand-edited image includes a matching black & white version of the same photograph.
This gives you two timeless interpretations of your portraits — one in color and one in classic black & white without reducing the number of images included in your package.
