Booking

Your session date is secured once the booking fee is received.
The booking fee reserves the date and is non-refundable.

Payment

Full payment is due immediately after the session and before the Photographer leaves the location.

Final images are delivered after full payment is completed.

Session Timing

Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
Delays caused by late arrivals or participants may reduce the available shooting time.

Artistic Style

Photography is an artistic service.
Lighting, environment, and natural conditions may influence the final images.

Images will reflect the Photographer’s creative style and professional judgment.

Image Selection

The Photographer selects the best images captured during the session.

Unedited images, RAW files, and rejected images are not provided.

Image Delivery

Images are delivered through a private online gallery.

The gallery remains available for 7 days, and clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.

Image Use & Model Release

By participating in the session, the Client grants PICTURE ME PERFECT LLC permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Safety

The Photographer prioritizes safety and may refuse poses or stop a session if conditions become unsafe.

​

 

Agreement

By booking services, the Client agrees to the Photography Service Agreement containing the full terms and conditions.
